Refund & Return Policies


We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or a wrong item is sent, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your soaps and/or other products made by Japanese Weekend arrive damaged or do not perform to your standards, you may receive a refund in credit back to your account. If you're a monthly subscription customer, a refund for ONE month may be issued. If for any reason your order is unsatisfactory, please contact us and let us know, so we can make it right. We treasure every customer. Your happiness is our highest priority!

For your own safety and safety of our customers, our personal care and beauty products cannot be returned due to health safety and hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on all custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
